Intelligence
AI agents that do real work, within limits you set.
We focus on AI + business workflows + controlled actions: agents that read, answer and act inside your process, with clear rules, permissions and human review where it matters.
A chatbot is not a solution
Dropping a generic chatbot onto a website rarely changes anything. Value appears when an agent is connected to your data, follows your rules, and can take defined actions, such as creating a ticket, updating a record or preparing a draft for approval.
Where agents help
Customer service
Answer common questions from approved sources and hand over cleanly to a person.
HR assistants
Policy and payroll-related questions answered consistently, with escalation for sensitive cases.
Sales agents
Qualify enquiries, capture details and prepare follow-ups for your team.
Data analyst agents
Ask questions of your data in plain language and get traceable answers.
Document processing
Extract fields from invoices, forms and contracts and send them to the right system.
WhatsApp agents
Meet customers and staff on the channel they already use.
E-commerce assistants
Order status, product questions and repetitive back-office tasks.
Internal employee assistants
Find the procedure, form or answer without asking three people.
When an AI agent actually makes sense
- The input is unstructured: free-text messages, emails, documents.
- People answer the same kinds of questions repeatedly, with variations in wording.
- The answer lives in documents or data that already exist and can be trusted.
- A wrong answer is recoverable, or a person reviews before anything irreversible happens.
When traditional automation is better
We'll tell you plainly when AI isn't the right tool. It's cheaper, faster and more predictable not to use it.
- The rules are fixed and the data is structured: use a workflow.
- The result must be exact every time, such as payroll calculations or financial postings.
- Each step is already clear and just needs to be connected: use integration.
- There is no trusted source for the agent to answer from yet: fix the data first.
Typical outcome
Faster responses to routine questions, less repetitive handling by your team, and information that is easier to access, with a person in control of anything that matters.
